The use of cannabis for medicinal purposes has thousands of years of history.

In Portugal, the use of medicinal cannabis was approved by the Parliament in 2018. Five years on, there are still doubts, fears, myths and stigmas associated with the use of cannabis for therapeutic purposes.

It is with the aim of clarifying, informing and promoting health literacy in this specific area that the FAI Academy was born, the place of choice to update knowledge, access scientific evidence and current credible and rigorous information and learn more about medical cannabis.
